Our objectives
● Aware youths about the opportunities hidden inside Nepal.
● Aware youths about how working hard pays through the stories of the speakers
● Identifying opportunities for youths.
● Make audiences aware about our organization
● Maintain good relations among youths throughout the nation.
● Increase the networking among the youths in an effective way.

The program was intended to bring about a change in the perspective of the youths towards our country Nepal.
We,
through the program, were successful in delivering the message of optimism and possibility to the audiences.
Nepal does have problems but realising that problems are nothing but opportunities to figure out the
solution is
what the whole program aimed to deliver. The program began as per the schedule and moved smoothly. Unable to
make the presence because of the busy schedule, Mr Gagan Thapa delivered his best wishes. The program
started by
introducing the guests of the program by the host.
After introducing the guests, the audiences were then introduced to our organization. It was then time for
the
guests to address the audiences. Firstly, Mr Rabindra Basnet started his talk by sharing his experience of
work
during his tenure at the BBC. He told about the difficulties and steps he took to overcome such hurdles. He
compared the systems of our nation Nepal and of the foreign developed countries he has been to.
After big applause, the actor and director of Nepalese film industry Mr Nischal Basnet shared his experience
of
hard work. He talked about his early way of life and the things that motivated him and helped him reach the
position he is in today. He shared the stories of when he went abroad and working hard was not enough to
prove
anything. It was then he decided that it was time to pack the bags.
We could not have been able to complete the program without the support of our valuable sponsors. The

As a whole, the program was a grand success. We were able to communicate with the youths from different
parts of
the country and aware them about the underlying opportunities in our nation. Throughout the program, not
only
were the youths provided with insights but also had the opportunity to listen to the experiences of
successful
people on different fields who achieved everything through their hard work from the very beginning, their
youth..
