Education liberates the intellect, unlocks the imagination and is fundamental for self-respect. It is the
key to prosperity and opens a world of opportunities and possibilities, making it possible for each of us to
contribute to a progressive, healthy society. Learning benefits every human being and should be available to
all.
A quality learning environment includes adequate facilities such as books, studying materials, computers,
access to the internet and access to vast knowledge. It includes reasonable policies that promote and ensure
a good quality of education. Not only the learning materials, but our program includes Solar panel donation,
clothes and donation of other sporting materials too. A quality learning environment is a place where
children are free to learn, where they have learning resources and when children are excited about and proud
of learning.
But in Chunchuney, Ghetma, the people are still deprived of the electricity facility and good quality of
education. With the motto of ‘Quality of education for all’, we believe that this donation program will
surely help the people of the place. The library is a temple for learners and by establishing a library as
such, we will be opening a door to the great kingdom of knowledge for the children of Nimna Madhyamik
Bidhyala, Chunchuney, Rukum.
Our objectives
● To broaden the knowledge base of the student of Nimna Madhyamik Bidhyalaya by the establishment of the
library, so that, they will not be restricted to meagre study books and other compulsory books.
● To provide the students, the opportunity to connect to the rest of the world through the orderly fashion
of internet since we will be donating a computer to the school.
● To enhance the confidence and interaction skills of the students through an active and time-worthy
interaction program.
● To help the student realize the importance of education and planning of their future.
● To motivate other youths to involve in social service.
● To enhance the overall development of the students.

On 28th of April 2016, a group of students from Budhanilkantha School also our organizational members had
gone to Gaunbari, Ghetma of Rukum district of Nepal. We had a total of 1500 books along with 4 basic
computers where the students could access the information of the world through the internet. Along with it,
the main motive of the program was the solar panel donation. We donated 4 solar panels along with their
proper instalment and setting.
The program started on 29th May 2016. The chief guest of the program was the chief village officer of
Gaunbari, Ghetma Mr Tek Jung Shah. Along with him, there were other party personnel Mr Hari Pun and other
distinguished peoples. Starting with a basic introduction, the program consisted of other things as proper
using of the solar electricity and maintenance of the panels, basic computer training to the students,
proper arrangement of the books in the school, proper guidelines to use the books and the computer,
establishment of internet routers and internet facility in the school.
On the first day, we settled all of our belongings that we had brought for the donation. Then we helped the
children to briefly describe each of the things that we had brought and how these things could be used.
Also, the solar panels were adjusted as per the requirement of the electricity for the proper running of the
computer and the internet resources. On the second day, we had the proper setting of the computers and other
internet resources. Also, the students and the teachers were given basic training on how to use the computer
and the internet resources wisely.
We could not have been able to complete the program without the support of our valuable sponsors. The
institutions and the individuals who put forward their hand for the help of the needy ones are:
Our sponsors

As a whole, the program was a grand success. We were able to communicate with the people of Chunchuney,
Ghetma, Rukum and help the children to get proper resources of education and enhance the standard of their
education. Through the program, not only the students were helped but we also had the chance to know about
the different circumstances under which the people of our country are living their day to day life.
