EDUN vision:

"Provide Education Provide future"

Our Mission:

Edun aims to form a chain of youths not only limited to Kathmandu but throughout the country to ensure leadership, participation and influence of the youths towards the betterment of the country.

Educate Nepal Initiative (Edun) is an organization of young minds enriched with dedication and determination to secure a change, a positive change for the future of Nepal in the sector of Education. Inaugurated in 2018 A.D., EduN is a result of dynamic youths from across the country which in itself is an indicator on how scenarios and circumstances of our societies are taken into account to design the welfare programs that it aims to do. With young bright minds on the table, the enthusiasm has set itself up as a platform for the youths to develop leadership, a ground for learned scholars to influence lives of their future generations and ultimately a promising venture to help in making leaders that Nepal needs. what are the problems? Our Challenges

In Nepal, the circumstances of children’s births predict the opportunities they’ll have in life. Children growing up in historically marginalized and disenfranchised communities lack access to a broad spectrum of resources they need to thrive. The obstacles they face-poverty, discrimination, trauma, and school systems that do not provide them with the education they need—are overwhelming.

Message form our President the Message

Message from the president
It is an honor and a privilege to have been elected as the president of such a determined, dedicated and united front of dynamic individuals coming together to cultivate the unbroken commitment in the sector of education in our country. The EduN endeavors to promote national interests, with the mission “DO WE HAVE A MOTTO?” to understand the needs of Nepal on education and work accordingly.

We, as an organization, have and will impart education to the people from the local level in partnership with government, civil society and other different agencies to bring effective impacts in educational understanding, upbringing and standards in our country. We mainly have our focus on capacity building, bringing local people and government together to interact and produce best output through awareness and educational initiations. Edun members have always believed in change and that it is inevitable. With that, we embrace our vital role and responsibilities in transformation of societal changes. We believe in local level changes lead to a better harvest where transformation through the collaboration and civic engagement is the key to activating major changes and reforms. The prime objective of the EduN is to assist in the development of educational standards both at the private and public sector.

While there is still a long road to travel to ensure every child has access to proper education we can celebrate that the journey has begun and that we are all part of it.

Thank you
Yours,
Samundra Timalsina
